A Beacon of Hope and Solidarity
Seeing the Prudential Tower in Boston lit orange last month to kick off National Infertility Awareness Week was a powerful reminder that no one should have to navigate fertility and family building challenges alone.
Bringing together so many compassionate supporters, partners, volunteers, advocates, and community members in one room was deeply meaningful. To all who joined us, thank you for standing with us and for helping shine a light on this amazing community.
As our Executive Director, Lauren Hart Clancy, so beautifully shared: “We believe that connection is a vital source of strength for those facing infertility and family building challenges. Events like this remind us of the impact we can make when we come together to raise awareness, support one another, and advocate for families across New England and beyond.”
Whether #NIAW resonated with you or not, AllPaths is here for you throughout your journey and beyond. 🧡

The Other’s Day® | May 8–9 in Chicago
Mother’s Day can feel incredibly complicated when you wanted to be a mom, and your life has taken a different path.
After seven years of fertility treatments ended without a child, Chicago-based podcaster, coach, author, and founder of The Other’s Day®, Lana Manikowski, realized there were plenty of resources for women trying to get pregnant but very few for those navigating Mother’s Day when motherhood hasn’t happened.
In 2022, she created The Other’s Day®, a first-of-its-kind celebration for women without children who want to feel connected, included, and understood during a weekend that can feel especially isolating.
Now in its fifth year, women travel from across the country to attend.
This event is for women who wanted motherhood but do not have children, including women who are still trying to conceive and are not currently pregnant. To preserve the intention of the event, The Other’s Day® is reserved for women who do not have children and are not currently pregnant.
This year’s Chicago events include:
Friday, May 8 at 6:30 PM | The Foundation
An evening of yoga, guided meditation, and a sound bath.
Saturday, May 9 at 11:30 AM | The Other’s Day® Brunch
A brunch experience designed to help you feel connected in a room where no one asks you to explain your story.
Attend Friday, Saturday, or both with a VIP ticket, sales close Wednesday, May 6th.
A Different Kind of Mother’s Day | May 10 in Quincy, MA
Fertility Benefits in the Non-Profit Sector
The Jewish Fertility Foundation is gathering examples of best-in-class HR policies supporting fertility treatments, family building, and fertility preservation—and we’d love to learn from the nonprofit community.
If your organization (or one you know) has anything to share—big or small—please take a few minutes to complete this survey by May 8.
As a thank you, you’ll be entered to win one of two $50 Amazon gift cards.
We’re grateful for your insights as we work to strengthen support for individuals and families navigating these journeys.
Perinatal Loss Training | May 30-31 in Boston, MA
This comprehensive perinatal loss training from Propa City Community Outreach is designed for maternal health professionals and advocates who seek to enhance their understanding and skills in supporting families during these challenging times.
Participants will explore the various types of loss that families experience and the unique challenges associated with each. They will recognize how these losses affect families across different communities, considering cultural and societal factors and learn effective techniques to help families navigate their grief and foster healing.
